Why not take an inventory of your current life?  What is your reality?  What do you need to dump?  What do you wish for?  What are you grateful for?  When you list things out, it will become clear to you that changing some of your reality requires dumping those habits and things that are slowing you down and making you unhappy.  Can you begin by looking at yourself objectively and seeing just where you are?  Where do you want to be?  It’s all a matter of thought process.  Remember that the Law of Attraction will bring you whatever it is that you are thinking.
